These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Khai Productions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Khai Productions provides professional videography and media production services tailored to client needs. Specific deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon in advance, either in writing or through a formal contract.

2. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit confirms your date and commitment to the service. No work will begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the timeline stated in your invoice or agreement.

3. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to the project scope, date, or location must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

• If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments may be refunded in line with our Refund Policy (see separate section).

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project.

• If access, materials, or cooperation required from the client are not provided in a timely manner, Khai Productions reserves the right to adjust the delivery timeline or pricing accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Khai Productions. Clients receive a licence for personal or commercial use as specified in the agreement. Raw footage is not provided unless agreed prior to the project start.

6. Use of Work

We reserve the right to use completed work or behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

Khai Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or last-minute client changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through legal channels in that jurisdiction.
